Unless a pushing meta starts to kick in I don’t think she has any place at all.
She does well what she does, but it’s hard to make a right team for her.
Unless they pretend to make pushing more important, she should need some buffs, champion or item-wise.

K-9 Nasus is awesome :D
I actually thought I was WAY too late on getting the skin :P (I’m on EU Nordic East). I tried out the code, saw it worked, squeed and went into a game. Told guys I got it for free with a lot of luck and that the Broshades and Tazer-Baton were kick ass.
Our Morgana dc’d in the 10th minute and never came back and we were really close to winning a 4v5 But alas :<
Unfortunately the screencap got corrupt so I had to get one from a custom game.

Harrowing Quintessences are worse than normal quintessences but not by far and they are quite cheap, to be honest.
If you are not level 30 or you do not have a lot of spare IPs they can do the trick nicely for a while. In this case I would recommend to save for the good stuff, but sometimes we want to buy champions and their runesets and that requires a lot of games.
Maybe this way you can afford the cheaper version of a champion’s runepage. Unles you are doing a specific jungling path or you intend to play at high elo games I don’t think you will find much of a difference.
